Is there a free trial?
Every account starts with 100 free credits — about 3 seconds of audio — so you can see a real caption on your own footage before paying. Free credits are one-off: they do not refill each month.
What is a credit?
Captioning costs 2,000 credits for every minute of audio, charged by the second. So 150,000 credits is about 75 minutes and 800,000 credits is about 400 minutes. Translation is included — it does not cost extra credits.
What is included?
Your plan covers caption processing and the style library. Annual plans have the same monthly credit allowance; they are billed once a year, not granted all at once. Unused credits do not roll over.
What uses credits?
Only transcribing audio. Editing the look of captions you already generated — colours, size, placement, wording — is free. Reprocessing the same audio uses credits again.
Can I stop renewing?
Yes. Cancel renewal before your next billing date. Your paid access continues until the current period ends. See our cancellation policy.
