Ibda Captions is digital. Nothing is shipped — here is how and when you receive what you paid for.
Nothing is physically shipped
Ibda Captions is downloadable software and a cloud captioning service. There is no physical product, no courier and no shipping charge. No delivery address is required.
What you receive
A plan gives you the Ibda Captions plugin for Adobe Premiere Pro and a monthly allowance of caption credits on the account you purchased with.
When you receive it
Access is activated on your account as soon as the payment provider confirms the payment, normally within a few minutes. The plugin download and your credit allowance both become available on that same account — there is nothing further to wait for and nothing is posted to you.
If access does not appear
If your payment has been confirmed but your account still shows no active plan, the confirmation from the payment provider may still be in transit. Allow a few minutes, then sign out and back in. If it still has not appeared, contact us with the payment reference and we will activate it manually.
Installing the plugin
The plugin installs into Adobe Premiere Pro on your own computer. System requirements are listed on the website; the current reviewed build targets Premiere Pro 2026 on macOS. Adobe software and its licence are purchased separately.
